AI Operations Specialist

We are looking for a sharp AI Operations Specialist to join our Growth Labs team and work closely with our Strategic Technology Product Lead to oversee the technical integrity, deployment, and ongoing optimization of our proprietary AI-driven product suite. You will act as the critical bridge between core development and final output, ensuring that our automated systems—ranging from content generation to lead acquisition tools—operate at peak performance with zero friction.

What You’ll Do:

  • Technical Quality Assurance: Conduct audits of AI-generated outputs across large-scale deployments to ensure data accuracy, formatting consistency, and logical flow.

  • System Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Monitor active AI agents and automation workflows; identify, diagnose, and resolve technical bottlenecks or API-related failures.

  • Process Optimization: Collaborate with internal teams and clients to identify operational gaps and implement technical fixes that enhance tool reliability and user experience.

  • Tool Optimization: Utilize platforms such as Cursor and Claude to refine existing code, troubleshoot logic, and implement technical fixes that enhance tool reliability.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven background in programming or software development; must be comfortable navigating APIs, Python, JSON structures, and web architecture.

  • Hands-on experience with modern development environments and LLM-based tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude, GitHub Copilot).

  • Exceptional attention to detail with a proactive approach to finding and fixing errors before they impact the client.

  • Ability to translate complex technical issues into clear updates for both the Product Lead and external stakeholders.

  • A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes full ownership of tasks from identification to resolution
